Gay Lussac's law of gaseous volumes: " when gases react together to form gaseous chemical compound, the volumes of the reacting gases and those of the products bear a simple ratio of whole numbers to one another, measured under the same conditions of temperature and pressure. it is known as the Law of combining volumes of gases."

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As i have already mentioned on my last post about the first four law of chemical combination or stoichiometry which describe the mass relationship between the reactant and products, whereas Gay Lussac's law describes their volume relationship. MOREOVER, the first four laws are independent of temperature and pressure while Gay Lussac's law becomes meaningless without mentioning the Identical conditions of temperature and pressure.
- It can be further pointed out that the first four laws can be accounted for by Dolton's atomic theory while theory failed to explain Gay Lussac's Law of gaseous Volumes.
